That's the template that is providing the functionality with a few tweaks that have been included in 8.5. Version control is still a feature that has been coded in addition to the 8.5 version. This and other stuff "may" be added to the main release template at a future version. Product people get to decide this kind of stuff based on feedback from customers.]]>
